About the Design
This design is a celebration of some of the fascinating stories that East Yorkshire and its coast have to offer, and the people behind them. It features a selection of stories the artist came across whilst growing up in East Yorkshire and that helped shape her childhood. The design ranges from the captivating real life stories of those who have lived and worked here through the years, to the mystifying myths and legends that have inspired countless people and made Yorkshire the magical place it is today.

About the Artist
Kelly Hambly is an artist based in Hull whose work mainly centres around portraiture. Her work captures the personality of her subjects and explores the lines between abstraction and realism. Kelly works with acrylic, oil and airbrush and is now experimenting with digital art and spray painting.
